SAVERS shoppers are rushing to get a "blast from the past" with a nostalgic 90's body spray.

The retailer has brought back the Impulse O2 body spray as part of its "throwback" collection.

If you grew up in the 90's there is a very high chance you wore and loved this body spray.

There were not many places you could go without getting a waft of this fresh and flowery cult classic.

And now Savers has brought it back after listening to the pleas of fragrance fans.

The product is listed on the Savers website and described as having "the same intoxicating scent as before and distinct green bottle".

The retailer said it has responded to "fans sliding into our Dm's asking if we would bring back our cult classics".

And the image of the distinctive green bottle and unmistakable smell is certainly conjuring up some scent-tastic 90's memories on social media.

In a post shared to Facebook in the Extreme Couponing and Bargains group, fans have been flocking to share their thoughts on the 90's nostalgia.

One person said: "It smells exactly how it did too, wish they would bring zen back too."

While another added: "Wow, a blast from the past."

Another fan of the body spray commented: "Oh, I used this years ago, need to get some, loved this!"

And one person had already managed to bag herself some, she said: "I bought three last week I was so happy."

Even though the product is listed on the website, you will need to go to a store to purchase it.

You can find your local Savers by using the store locator tool on the website.

We had a look around but could not see any other high street retailer stocking this Impulse body spray.

There were a couple of listings on eBay, with one seller pricing it at £12, which is significantly more than the Savers price.

It does appear that the body spray is selling fast.

One disappointed shopper posted: "Searched Dunfermline Savers then asked at counter NONE this was my fave in the 90s."

It is not only body spray that has been getting fragrance fans rushing to the shelves to grab a bargain.

Poundland shoppers have been picking up a perfume dupe for just £4 which is £109 cheaper than the designer version.

And Aldi shoppers have been rushing to get their hands on "insane" £6 dupes of designer fragrances.

And one savvy shopper has been stocking up on £1.99 fragrances that will leave your house smelling just like designer perfume.
